Jason Williams graduated from Boston College in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.  After graduation, Jason joined the firm and worked on both audit and tax returns, before moving to his current role of performing field exams.  Jason manages the audit and lender services departments. Jason also teaches basic accounting courses at the Woods School for Advancing Studies at Boston College on a part-time basis.

Paula Screnci-Vacaro received an MBA from the University of California Irvine in 1991.  Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Paula was employed at various medium and small public accounting firms in the Boston area.  Her experience includes small business and nonprofit auditing, reviews and tax return preparation.  She is also a certified QuickBooks Advisor.  Paula performs nonprofit and employee benefit plan audits, small business reviews and compilations, and prepared corporate and individual tax returns for the firm.  Paula also developed a career match and college counseling program for high school sophomores and juniors in 2008 and teaches it annually at a local academy.

Jennifer Silvestro is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell, with both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked at Yoshida & Sokolski, P.C. for 11 years, where she was involved in client services for audits of private companies, not-for-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans, as well as the preparation of reviews and compilations.  She was additionally involved in tax services ranging from individuals to private companies and not-for-profit organizations. She is a member of Massachusetts Society of Accountants.

Jonathon Rong graduated from Hofstra University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s in business administration, Finance Concentration. Prior to joining the firm, Jonathon worked as an executive compensation consultant. Since joining Nardella, Jonathon has specialized in field examinations.
