Dale Cucurullo joined Nardella & Taylor in December 2024 as an Office Manager. Dale is an experienced office and IT management professional with over 30 years of expertise supporting accounting firms. Prior to joining Nardella & Taylor, she managed day-to-day operations, supervised administrative teams, handled client billing and bookkeeping, and led IT systems support for 30 years at Yoshida & Sokolski, PC.

Dave Carrozza studied marketing at Northeastern University. He was associated with a large national department store for fourteen years held various merchandise planning and inventory management positions. Dave has a vast amount of retail experience in merchandise and assortment planning. Since joining the firm in 1996, Dave has been performing retail field exams.

Shelli joined Nardella & Taylor as the Office Manager in January of 2022. Prior roles have included serving as VP of Administration at Future Farm Technologies, Inc., Office Manager at Converted Organics Inc., and being part of the management team at TerraSphere Systems, a pioneer in the vertical farming business. Shelli graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a BS in Biology and a minor in Psychology.

Tom Araujo graduated from Bryant College in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Tom worked in the retail industry and the asset based lending industry prior to joining Nardella & Taylor in 2016. Tom performs retail field examinations.

Gintas (“Ginty”) Adomkaitis graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and earned a Masters of Science in Accounting in 2007. Ginty previously worked at a Big 4 accounting firm for over 6 years until December 2012. He is currently pursuing his CPA license. Since joining the firm, Ginty has been performing and managing audits, reviews, and commercial field examinations.
